Upon receipt of your machine, one of our Factory Certified Technicians will check in your machine and, at that point the credit card you have provided will be charged the appropriate amount for our Exclusive 13 Point Diagnostic Check.
Upon completion of our Exclusive 13 Point Diagnostic Check, the technician will attempt and fire up your machine.
If the machine does not start, the Diagnostic Check will be able to tell us where the fault is located.
The technician is going to look at his work order, and see that his customer has opted to go with our Fast Track Option. Using this option, it is guaranteed to be the fastest of the two. In this situation, the technician can tell that the ignitor (used only as an example) is faulty and must be replaced in order for the machine to run properly. On a side note, the ignitor is a $20 repair.Once the ignitor has been replaced, the machine starts up normally and continues on through the warming cycle.
We run all of our machines for a minimum of 36 hours to ensure that there is no chance of the machine going into a fault mode. Once that is completed we mark the machine completed, and send it to our Shipping Department which expedites it back to you.
