Diagnostic / Repair Procedure
Once this form has been completed in its entirety, you will come to a page that will have a shipping label for you to print out.
To keep your costs as low as possible we have offered a FREE RETURN SHIPPING program* .
The next step will be to box up the head of your unit (excluding the stand, base and tank) and send it via UPS or FedEx, whichever is closer and more convenient for you. Your Work Order number will be your phone number. Once you have submitted this Repair Request an electronic Support Ticket number will also be created for your machine. You can use your Support Ticket number to check the status of your unit online. We will be shipping FedEx upon completion of your machine's repair.

Step 1.
Upon receipt of your machine, one of our Factory Certified Technicians will check it in and transfer it to the Diagnostic Department.

The 13 Point Diagnostic Check could potentially return your machine to factory specifications, which would mean no additional repairs / replacement parts would be necessary. Any repair / replacement parts that are necessary will be in addition to the diagnostic charge
If repairs / replacement parts are necessary we are moving into Step 2 of the diagnostic process.
Step 2.
Once we get to this stage of the repairs, you have two options on how we can proceed. Both options have the same results and the same costs, the only difference is how soon you need your Mosquito Magnet returned to you. Once we receive your approval for the necessary repairs, your diagnostic charge will be applied towards the repair total. This will be explained to you by the technician you will be speaking to.
Option 1 (Fast Track Option):
Using this option, it is guaranteed to be the fastest of the two. With this option selected, you are Pre-Approving the technician to do up to $200 of necessary repairs to expedite the repair process. Using this option it takes on average, 10-15 days or less from the date we receive the unit, to the date we ship the unit out back to you. To help you understand this option, click here for a hypothetical situation of how your repairs might go.
We run all of our machines for a minimum of 36 hours to ensure that there is no chance of the machine going into a fault mode. Once that is completed we mark the Repair / Replacement as completed and send it to our Shipping Department which expedites it back to you.
Option 2:
This option is the exact opposite the the 1st. Upon completion of our Exclusive 13 Point Diagnostic Check, the technician is going to write up a diagnostic report. He will bring it in to the office staff, who will put it in the que to call you for authorization. This option is considerably slower, for obvious reasons, and on average takes 5-10 days longer then the Fast Track Option.
