When your Mosquito Magnet is absolutely critical, select our priority repair service to get your machine back into operation as fast as possible. The following steps describe the priority repair process and how we handle those critical situations where a priority repair is needed.

5 Step Priority Repair Service

  1. Priority Receiving
    Your machine is received and logged into our priority repair queue.
Please make sure that the "Request Priority Repair" field on our Repair Form is checked.
 
  2. Quick Evaluation
    Once in the priority repair queue, the items are evaluated by a senior technician. A full diagnostic report is completed.
 
  3. Expert Rapid Repair
    The priority repair is performed by the same senior technician.
Priority repairs are performed the same day.
 
  4. Thorough Testing
    We test-run all machines to ensure that there are no faults and the machine is performing above Manufacturers Specifications.
 
  5. Expedited Return Shipping
    The repaired item(s) are immediately taken to the shipping department and again, put in the first position for preparation of the packaging. Tracking numbers and links to tracking sites are provided so that you can check on the delivery status of your repaired item.
